Skin care products are non-refundable unless you have an allergic reaction to the product. In such cases, the reaction must be documented with photographs by Dr. Kelly and the Medical Spa Aestheticians to return the product to the company
Med-Spa memberships are non-refundable or transferable
Services paid for with a credit card, debit card, or financing third-party are not eligible for payment challenges after services are provided
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Clients are encouraged to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice more than twice, your credit card on file will be charged the $150, non-refundable, cancellation fee.
For late arrivals, it is suggested to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete paperwork or address any questions. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and a late cancellation fee will be charged
